nextmedia Acquires DMAG

dmagnextmedia today announced the acquisition of DMAG, the kids’ educational and activities magazine and website. The acquisition of DMAG expands nextmedia’s kids portfolio to six titles, including Mania, Girl Power, Little Angel, Wiggles Magazine, Mad Magazine and DMAG.

Launched in 2002 by Smartypantz Communications, DMAG has found a special niche in the kids sector, combining both entertainment and an educational offering for six to twelve-year olds. DMAG also created a cool website enabling kids to have fun online. www.dmag.com.au
