NEXTMEDIA ACQUIRES BARRA, BASS & BREAM MAGAZINE

Nextmedia today announced it has acquired Barra, Bass & Bream Magazine, a quarterly publication covering three iconic recreational sportfishing sectors, from Alex Julius Fishing Media.
Barra, Bass & Bream was launched in 2000 to excite and inform the dedicated sportfishing enthusiasts who willingly spend big on high tech rods and reels, 100s of lure brands, customized and specialized boats, the latest in marine electronics and a myriad of fishing and boating accessories. These anglers regularly travel to exotic locations or prime fishing spots seeking accommodation, boats and tackle.
Barra, Bass & Bream joins Nextmedia’s other specialist fishing title BlueWater Boats and
Sportsfishing and will be edited by Tim Simpson who will be supported by a range of
specialist fishing, boating and outdoors contributors including Steve Starling, Steve Cooper,
Dick Eussen, Warren Steptoe, David Green, Peter Zeroni, John Mondora, Jamie Robley, Kim
Baine-Moore, Dave Rae, Roger Sinclair and BBB founder Alex Julius.
